A new management and a new Chef: starting from November 2019, our new Chef is Stefano Pace, who has been Chef at Grand Hotel Terme 5* in Sirmione since 2011.

Born in France, Stefano Pace worked in several restaurants in Paris and then moved to Verona, where he opened his own Restaurant in 1993. He was awarded one Michelin Star after a few years of activity.
We recommend you try his cuisine, which pays attention to produce and uses slow and healthy cooking.
